Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject Lagoons, Infiltration/Evaporative Permit. Staff
from the Mooresville Regional Office has confirmed that this Permit is no longer required. Therefore, in
accordance with your request, Lagoons, Infiltration/Evaporative Permit No. WQ0004297 is rescinded,
effective immediately.
If in the future, you wish again to operate a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and receive a new
Lagoons, Infiltration/Evaporative Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid Lagoons,
Infiltration/Evaporative Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
