The subject facility requested that their permit not be renewed because sludge hauling activities
have ceased. The Fayetteville Regional Office has confirmed that the permitted facility has no more need
of this permit. Therefore, since the permit has expired and as per the recommendation of the Fayetteville
Regional Office, the permit is being cleared from the permit tracking system. This memorandum shall
serve as formal "close-out" of the subject files.
By copy of this memo, I am requesting the Budget Office to clear all pending billings, Notices of
Revocation and permit file for the subject facility.
