Pump and Haul Permit No. WQ0004157

Randy Banks of Mountain Air Country has made application to
continue the operation of the pump and haul system at Mountain Air
Country Club for an additional six raonth.s or until the pump station
and sewer lines are constructed (completion is expected by early
July). Mr. Banks indicates in the letter.- to the Division that
construction delays due to weather and rock has hampered the
construction. Mr. Banks also indicates that construction is underway
and anticipates completion of the project by late June or early July.
Mr. Banks advises that there will. be no additional flow or
connections to the pump and haul system other than what has already
been approved.
The request for renewal was submitter? to Permits and Engineering
in Raleigh as required and Don Safr_:t: forwarded it to the Asheville
Regional Office for, processiig_
It appears that Mountain Air Country Clt.;b is making a reasonable
effort to complete the sewer lines and purip station therefore it is my
recommendation that a pump and haul. perm. -Lt 'be issued_ Please find a
permit attached for your signature.
