Dear Mr. Baker:
In accordance with the permit modification request, received February 12, 2002, we are forwarding this permit
cover letter concerning the modification of the spray irrigation disposal system. The immediate approval for the
construction of the spray field modifications, consisting of the removal of one full circle sprinkler and adding two partial
circle sprinklers, is provided by the Division of Water Quality, Wilmington Regional Office, The permit text will remain
unchanged as a result of this permit modification. The spray irrigation system description will be amended during the next
permit renewal activity to include modifying the currently defined spray field size of 66, 775 square foot irrigation area to
the proposed 63,085 square foot wettable irrigation area.
Please share this information with the facility's operator. The modification should effect reporting for monthly site
lading (in inches units) on the monthly NDAR form due to the acreage change.
