Reference is made toward the rescission of the subject State NonDischarge Permit.
Staff of the'Washington Regional Office have confirmed that this NonDischarge Permit is
no longer required. Therefore, State Permit No. WQ0004009 is rescinded, effective
immediately.
If in the frre you wish to again operate under a nondischarge wastewater treatment
system, you must first apply for and -receive a new State Permit. Operating without a
valid State Permit will subject the facility to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
