Dear Mr. Paregoy:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your request that State Permit No. WQ0004009 be
rescinded. Your request indicated that you never constructed the above mentioned facility
and are currently connected to the Town of Chocowinity's sewer system and this permit is
no longer needed.
By copy of this letter, I am requesting confirmation from our Washington Regional
Office that this permit is no longer needed. After verification by the regional office that the
permit is no longer needed, State Permit No. WQ0004009 will be rescinded.

Dear Ms. McPherson:
I have been forwarded your letter of April 24th referencing annual administration
and compliance monitoring fees for Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company's
permit #WQ0004009. Your letter was originally addressed to Mr. John M.
Doughty and he has forwarded it to me for appropriate response.
Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company has never built the facility permitted under
the above referenced permit. We have in fact made arrangements with the
Town of Chocowinity and the City of Washington to deal with our wastewater
discharges. We are currently connected to the Town of Chocowinity's sewer
collection system. Therefore, we hereby notify you of our desire to relinquish our
permit since it is no longer required for the development of the Cypress Landing
community.
Due to the fact that we have never built a facility nor do we ever anticipate
building a facility, l request that the compliance monitoring fees be waived. -I
would be glad to discuss the matter further with you if you would like. Please
