Subject: Request to Re ind Permit
Permit No. 0003724
Oak island Beach Villas
Brunswick County
Oak Island Beach Villas was served by a tertiary treatment
system with disposal by rotary distributors. The development has
now connected to the collection and treatment system operated by
the Town of Yaupon Beach. A site inspection on May 23, 1994
confirmed that the connection has been made and that the treatment
system has been dismantled and mostly removed from the site.
In response to a request from the development manager received
April 18, 1994, it is recommended that the permit be rescinded and
taken off all systems.
