Staff of the Wilmington Re_ional Office ,have -confirmed that this NonDischarge Permit is no longer required. Therefore, ir: aeco dance.Vith your request, State Permit No. WQ0003724 is rescinded, effective irrimediately. - if in the future you wish to again operate a nonwastewater treatment system, you must first apply for and receive a new State Permit. Operating without a valid State Permit will subject the facilivy to a civil penalty of up to $ 10,000 per day. The development has now connected to the collection and treatment system operated by the Town of Yaupon Beach. A site inspection on May 23, 1994 confirmed that the connection has been made and that the treatment system has been dismantled and mostly removed from the site. In response to a request from the development manager received April 18, 1994, it is recommended that the permit be rescinded and taken off all systems.
