In accordance with an email received from James Blackwell and a follow up telephone call from
Marshall Puryear both of Synagro, LLC. on September 20 and 22 respectively, we are forwarding
herewith a corrected Permit No. WQ0003504, issued September 6, 2011, to the City of Durham for the
subject residuals permit.
The following corrections have been made to the permit:
+ The permit signature page has been updated.
+ The Attachment A mineralization rates for the Brown and Williams Water Treatment Plants
have been added as 0.40.
Please replace your current permit which was certified September 6, 2011 with the attached
corrected Permit #WQ0003504.
