The Division is in receipt of your request concerning the subject permit on July 18, 1990.
You have indicated that the facility is no longer in operation and you do not wish to maintain this
permit. Therefore, per your request and the telephone conversation between you and Mr. Bill
Anderson of the Division's Asheville Regional Office on this date, Permit No. WQ0003497 is
hereby rescinded effective immediately. Should you wish at some future time to operate another
facility of this type, it will require the issuance of a new nondischarge permit-
