Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject Wastewater Recycling Permit. Staff from
the Asheville Regional Office has confirmed that this Permit is no longer required. Therefore, in
accordance with your request, Wastewater Recycling Permit No. 'WQ0003449 is rescinded, efi'ecti've
immediately.
If in tate future, you wish again to operatt, a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and receive a
new Wastewater Recycling Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid Wastewater
Recycling, Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $25,000 per day.
