This is to acknowledge receipt of your request that permit number WQ0003411 be rescinded.
our request indicated that the permit is no longer needed due to the fact that soil remediation activities

In order to rescind a permit, the Division requires a written request from the actual permittee.
Therefore, we will need a written request from Holding Brothers, Inc. prior to rescission of the permit.
By copy of this letter, I am requesting confirmation from our Mooresville Regional Office that soil
remediation activities have been completed. After verification by the regional office that the permit is no
longer needed and receipt of a written request from Holding Brothers, Inc., permit number WQ0003411
will be rescinded.
