In accordance with a written request received on October 30, 2007 (letter is attached), we are forwarding
herewith the corrected Attachment A of Permit No. WQ000299, issued October 19, 2007, for the subject
facility.
The following corrections have been made to the permit:
Attachment A sampling frequencies for pH and Residual Chlorine have been changed to once per
spray event.
PIease replace Attachment A with the corrected Attachment A into Permit No. WQ0003299, issued
October 19, 2007.
