Dear Permittee:
The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the Wilmington
Regional Office which confirms that the subject facility no longer utilizes pump and haul as a method of
wastewater disposal as authorized by the subject permit. Because Permit Number WQ0003261 expired
October 31, 1990, it will be removed from our computers systems, effective immediately.
Please be advised that operation of a wastewater system without a valid Nondischarge Permit will
subject the owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
