Land Disposal of 42 Fuel Gil Contaminated Soils
Burke County
This letter is in response to the request by Valdese General
Hospital to cease the monitoring requirements set forth in the
subject permit. Review of the analytical data submitted from soil
samples collected from the soil treatment beds and beneath the
liner of the soil treatment beds, indicates that the soils meet
the staters action levels.
Conditions set forth in Permit No. W00003231 are considered
met and the permit is therefore rescinded.
