If'in the future, you.determi,ne that you wish to operate a nondischarge wastewater treatment
system, yqu must first apply' -for and receive a new Nondischarge Permit. Operation of a wastewater
system, without a=valid Nondischarge Permit will subject the owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
