Dear Mr. Price;
On June 19, 1995, Ms. Barbara Wiggins of the Mecklenburg
County Department of Environmental Protection conducted an
inspection at the subject facility. This inspection was conducted
as part of a cooperative working agreement between Mecklenburg
County and the Division of Environmental Management.
Information obtained by Ms. Wiggins during the inspection
revealed that the permittee has recently connected to the
Charlotte -Mecklenburg Utility Department's sewer collection system.
Slach being the case, the subject Permit is no longer needed and a
request for rescission of the Permit should be submitted to the
addresss below..
