Everett, Ph.D Director Subject: Rescission of Permit No. WQ0002990 Petroleum Equipment and Service Mecklenburg County Dear Mr. Fruendt: The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the Mooresville Regional Office which confirms that the subject facility no longer operates the nondischarge wastewater treatment system as authorized by the subject permit. Therefore, as you requested, Permit Number WQ0002990 is hereby rescinded effective immediately. If in the future, you determine that you wish to operate a nondischarge wastewater treatment system, you must first apply for and receive a new Nondischarge Permit. Operation of a wastewater system without a valid Nondischarge Permit will subject the owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
