Subject: Rescission of Permit No. WQ0002990
Petroleum Equipment and Service
Mecklenburg County
Dear Mr. Fruendt:
The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the Mooresville
Regional Office which confirms that the subject facility no longer operates the nondischarge wastewater
treatment system as authorized by the subject permit. Therefore, as you requested, Permit Number
WQ0002990 is hereby rescinded effective immediately.
If in the future, you determine that you wish to operate a nondischarge wastewater treatment
system, you must first apply for and receive a new Nondischarge Permit. Operation of a wastewater
system without a valid Nondischarge Permit will subject the owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
If there is a need for any additional information or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact
Robert Farmer at 9191733-5083.
Sincerely,
4' //
