Dear Mr. Peeler:
In accordance with your permit modification application received on September 22, 2006 as well
as the additional information received on November 17, 2006, we are forwarding herewith a modified
Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0002712, dated January 2, 2007, to the City of Lincolnton for the subject
residuals land application program.
The City of Lincolnton requested for a permit modification to reduce the frequency of TCLP
monitoring requirement from annually to once per permit cycle (i.e. once for every 5 years). The Division
has reviewed the TCLP analyses submitted by the City of Lincolnton during the past two years and found
no significant concentration of any monitored TCLP parameters. This modified Attachment A has been
issued to reflect the change of mentioned monitoring requirement in Condition IH.3. of the permit.
Please replace Attachment A with the modified Attachment A into Permit No. WQ0002712,
issued October 10, 2005.
Please note that other monitoring and reporting requirements remain the same as specify in
Condition Ill. 3. and Condition 111. 4. of the permit.
