Dear Mr. Yaw:
In regard to the subject non -discharge renewal application, the Raleigh
Regional Office(RRO) is currently trying to process your request. Before the
permit can be renewed, the following conditions must be met:
1. A site visit by a staff member of the RRO must be performed.
2. Approved plans and specifications for the spray irrigation disposal
system must be presented during the site inspection.
To date neither of these conditions has yet to be completed. upon receipt
of this letter you will have 10 days to contact Mr. Shane McCarthy to confirm a
date and time to meet at the site. After 10 days, if no attempt is made to meet,
the RRO will recommend denial of the permit. It is not the Division's policy to -
deny permits in this manner but several attempts by the Regional staff to perform
a site visit have been to no avail. Your immediate attention to this matter will
expedite the issuance of the permit.
