This is to acknowledge receipt of your request that permit number WQ0002623 be rescinded.
Your request indicated that the permit is no longer needed by you due to the. fact that this was for a pilot
project which lasted only one year.
By copy of this letter, I am requesting confirmation from our Asheville Regional Office that sludge
composting activities have ceased. After verification by the regional office that the permit is no longer
needed, permit number WQ0002623 will be rescinded.
