Dear Mr. Oakley:
The Division is in receipt your letter requesting that the subject permit be rescinded on
September 17, 1990 and the response to a request for additional information sent on November 5,
1990 and received. on November 13, 1990. The Division has completed a review of the records of
the disposal activities submitted. Based on the adequacy`of these records and the monitoring data,
the Division is hereby rescinding the subject permit effective immediately, as per your request.
Thank you for your prompt response and be advised that another operation of this nature will
require the issuance of a new nondischarge permit.
