In accordance with a written request from Ms. Rhonda Money of Synagro South, Inc_ received on May 15,
2003, we are forwarding herewith a corrected Page 2 of Attachment B, certified on April 4, 2003, of Permit No.
WQ0002376, issued on April 4, 2003, for the subject residuals land application program.
The following correction has been made to Attachment B:
1. The wrong identification number for one of the land application sites was listed in the table of sites that
are approved for land application of residuals. This is as follows (note this correction has been made
to Attachment B and the Division of Water Quality's (Division) database):
