Everett, Ph.D Director April 13, 1992 The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the Wilmington Regional Office which coniums that the subject facility no Ionger utilizes pump and haul as a method of wastewater disposal authorized by the subject permit. Because Permit Number WQ0002365 expired June 30, 1990, it will be removed from our computers systems, effective immediately. Please be advised that operation of a wastewater system without a valid Nondischarge Permit will subject the owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
