As such, we are forwarding herewith Page 1 of I of Attachment B, certified on October 12, 2005 to be included in Permit No. WQ0002349, issued on October 12, 2005. - The Attachment B has been corrected to reflect that the last column in the table should be labeled to read "Applicable Restriction in Condition 1V. 1." The previous version of the Attachment B referred to Condition IV. 4, which does not exist in this version of the permit. The Division apologizes for any inconvenience that this typographical error might have caused you. Please insert this Page 1 of 1 of Attachment B, certified on October 12, 2005, into Permit No. WQ0002349, issued on October 12, 2005. Mail two copies of the updated CPLR information or a statement that certifies that the site has never been used to the NCDENR-DWQ, Aquifer Protection Section, Land Application Unit, LAU Residuals Program Coordinator, 1636 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1636. b This land application site may have animal watering devices present at the time of a residuals land application event. The devices may need to be buffered to facilitate the event. If such buffers area required, note that the presented net acreage value does not take the buffering into account and, therefore, needs to be adjusted for the purpose of calculating appropriate application volumes as well as for reporting in accordance with this permit. With this permit issuance, this land application site has been split approximately in half from that which was originally permitted by the Division. The Permittee shall take the highest cumulative pollutant loading rate for each metal (i.e., see Condition 11. 8.) that has been recorded to date on any portion of the site under the originally -permitted configuration and apply it to the split site in the rrodified configuration. d This land application site has the potential to develop small areas of standing water that may be present at the time of a residuals land application event. These areas will need to be adequately buffered to facilitate the event. If such buffers are required, note that the presented net acreage value does not take the buffering into account and, therefore, needs to be adjusted for the purpose of cal culating'appropriate application volumes as well as for reporting in accordance with this permit.
