Dear Mr. Sanders:
On November 27, 1989, the Division of Environmental Management issued Permit No.
WQ0001963 to Barrus Construction Company for the operation of the subject recycle facilities.
On December 6, 1991, the Division received a letter from you, which requested that condition 20
of Permit No. WQ0001963, which was issued on November 27, 1989, be modified to require
only annual monitoring to be done in May. The Division has reviewed this request and hereby
modifies condition 20 of Permit No. WQ0001963, which was issued on November 27, 1989, to
require sampling of the wastewater discharged to the settling basin every May rather than every
March and November. All other conditions and limitations specified in Permit No. WQ0001963,
which was issued on November 27, 1989, remain unchanged.

Dear Sir:
Enclosed you will find November, 1991 test results of non -discharge waste
water for the referenced locations.
I would like to request modification of Condition 20 of our non -discharge
permits, requiring water samples each March and November. The enclosed sample
results will conclude two years of sampling twice yearly.
We feel the results over the past two years should justify the request to
have the testing condition modified to only once yearly. May of each year
would be more suitable with our seasonal work.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
