In followup to our conversations during the week of June 19, 1989, please find
included herein four copies of the revised plans for the subject facility.
All revisions are minor and none should require any amendments or additions to
the already issued non -discharge permit. This packet is provided simply for
your information and inclusion in the overall permit file. The following
changes should be noted:
1. Field pressure control valves have been added between the dosing
tanks and the diEposal fields.
2. A pump control box has been located above the pumps.
3. A note, to address the possibility of not using earthen dams, has
been added.
Once the revisions are approved, please return one copy of the plans to my
office and one to the school system. If the site is not too wet, construction
should begin during the wE:ek of July 10, 1989.
It was most helpful having the speedy plans review and permit issuance that
you provided., and we thar.k you. If you have questions or concerns about the
Plans, construction scheduling, or this project in general, you may contact me
at my office or through Mr. Ronnie Proffitt at Yancey County Schools. Those
telephone numbers are (919) 733-3739 and (704) 682-3066 respectively.
