In reviewing Permit No. WQ0001921 we found a mistake in the
expiration date on the first page of the'"permit. The expiration date
is shown as May 31, 1989 and should read May 31, 1994. I have
enclosed a revised page showing this correction which should be
inserted in place of the one containing the mistake.
