Dear Mrs. Vogler:
On September 11, 1992 you requested that your permit not be renewed due to your facility never
being constructed. A copy of your request was forwarded to our Raleigh Regional Office for verification.
The Raleigh Regional Office has now verified that your facility was never constructed. Due to this fact,
your civil penalty assessment has been rescinded and your case closed. Your permit will also be rescinded
and be removed from our tracking systems.
If in the future, you determine that you wish to operate a nondischarge wastewater treatment
system, you roust first apply for and receive a new Nondischarge Permit. Operation of a wastewater
system without a valid Nondischarge Permit will subject the owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
