On January 5, 2006, the Division of Water Quality (Division) received a completely -executed
Iandowner agreement for Site Nos. 02 and 08 in response to the Division's December 16, 2005
correspondence. As such, we are forwarding herewith Page 1 of I of Attachment B, certified on
December 30, 2005 to be included in Permit No. WQ0001600, issued on November 28, 2005.
The Attachment B has been corrected to reflect that the landowners of Site No. 02 and 08 are
George E. Pendleton and Larry T. Pendleton and not the Town of Scotland Neck. With the receipt of the
completely -executed landowner agreement and the issuance of this Attachment B correction, you are
hereby released from the residuals land application prohibition that was placed on the sites in the
Division's December 16, 2005 correspondence, effective immediately.
Please insert this Page 1 of 1 of Attachment B, certified on December 30, 2005, into Permit
No. WQ0001600, issued on November 28, 2005.
