The flow limits of 175,000 gallons per day (GPD) and 325,000 GPD for PPIs 003 and 004, respectively, have been move from the Daily Limit to a Monthly Average. Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0000798 issued December 18, 2014 with the enclosed corrected Attachment A.
