Dear Mr. Harrison:
In accordance with a letter. dated July 8, 1988, we are amending Permit
No. 16357 to include the discharge of domestic wastewater from lot numbers 24 and 41
to the community low pressure pipe wastewater treatment/disposal. facility. In
addition, lot numbers 16 and 18, originally approved for discharge to the system, will
be eliminated, and county -permitted septic tanks will be installed to serve these lots.
This permit amendment does not alter any other conditions or li.mit..ations
specified in permit No. 16357. If you have any questions or need additional
