29. Application rates shall not exceed five (5) dry torts/acre-;/year.
30. Adequate records shall be maintained for tracking the sludge applied on t:he:
permitted sites. This program shall. include, but is not: limited to, the
following:
a) date of sludge application
b) application rate
C) area of land to which sludge is applied
(1) field to which sludge is applied
e) crops grown on field
f) year-to-date totals in dry tons/acne, not.r.i.ent: and metal loading in
pounds per. acre.
An annual report summarizing land application ncti.vi_ti.es shall be submitted to
the Raleigh Regional. Office on or before January 1.5th of each year.
31. The following minimum buffers will. need to be ma:i.ntai.ned From surface applied
areas:
a. streams 100 ft.
b. drainage ways 100 ft.
C. any wells 100 ft.
d. property lines LOO ft:

Tract No. 6 during the period from December through March, inclusive.
35. Any monitoring deemed necessary by the Division of Envi.ronmearlt<il. Management to
insure surface and ground water protection will. be e.st:abl i shed and an acceptable
sampling and reporting schedule shall be followed.
