Onsite recovery well examined at the time of the inspection appeared to be in overall good condition but would need minor repairs if the system was to become operational again. Onsite monitoring wells, at the time of the inspection, were not properly secured and need to be better secured. This system was shut down in 2008 and the system has been placed into an inoperative state. Except for the removal of system plumbing, the primary components of the system are present. As the system has been inactive for almost ten years, a good deal of work would be required to place the system back into an operational state should the permittee ever wish to reactivate the system. The permittee applied for a permit renewal in June 2015. The renewal application is currently listed as in Review status with Central Office Permitting. Due to permitting back log, renewal process is delayed. Treatment system Dioina has been removed and therefore the system has been made to be inoperable. There are currently no plans to restart the system in the near future. Should the system be brought back online, the MRO would need to be present at system startup. Comment: The system has not been in operation since 2008. No analytical data has been collected since sVstem operation stopped.
