Dear Ms. Alexander;
Hart & Hickman (H&H) has submitting this National Pollution Discharge Elimination System
(NPDES) Rescission Request Form on behalf of Bootsmead LeaseCo, LLC for the former Alevo
Manufacturing, Inc. (Alevo) facility located at 2321 Concord Parkway in Concord, North Carolina.
Alevo previously used the facility for the manufacture of batteries.
In January 2018, Alevo filed for bankruptcy. As such, this NPDES rescission is being submitted
as no manufacturing or other operations are currently being completed at the facility. When new
operations begin at the facility, a new permit application will be provided.
