Data Review -- Reviewed BIMS data from 2012 through present. Numerous violations for monthly average
exceeded for flow, weekly/monthly average exceeded for total suspended solids & Nitrogen; inspection
violation for effluent sampling, effluent pipe, UV disinfection, operations & maintenance, and aeration basins;
annual load exceeded for Phosphorus; Numerous monitoring violations for frequency violation of flow; and,
permit conditions violation for monitoring and reporting. All proceeded to NOVs.
Effluent table in A. (1.) was incorrect on draft permit due to administrative error on permit writer's part, but
spoke with Mikal Wilmer to confirm correction for final draft and issuance (Phosphorus limits).
