UT1- almost all R proposed, 25-40 acres at top, flow issues?
Bedrock seam in middle of project, below bedrock is a large/deep gulley.
Will be a difficult area to design. EPR planning on working at the existing elevation.
Theywill need to do some significant earth moving in this area.
Also something to consider is UT1A and its involvement with UT1 above and below bedrock seam
Below bedrock area is more straightforward, although Todd had some concerns about true restoration in
some areas
Project is good to move forward.
