I hope you survived Florence OK. The ditch has been filled in order to stop draining the wetlands. It will be capped with rip rap on each end with in 45 days. The fill held through the flooding with out the rip rap. I was happily surprised. The shoreline will be planted with the necessary amount of seedlings to meet the required density.
