Garlock Water Resources 1372 NC Highway 194 N Permitting Section Boone, NC 28607 SUBJECT: Compliance Evaluation Inspection Green Valley Townhomes NPDES Permit No. NC0087921 Watauga County Dear Mr. Garlock, Kelli Park performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection on the proposed site for the Green Valley Townhomes wastewater treatment system on September 5, 2018. The attached Environmental Protection Agency inspection form notes the areas that were evaluated for this inspection. The findings and observations are outlined below: I. Permit The NPDES permit became effective July 1, 2016 and expires on March 31, 2021. II. Facility Site Review The treatment system has not been built yet. The site is located off highway 194. Take a right on Big Hill Road and the first right on Courtney Taylor Lane. IX. Conclusions Please keep in mind that you must apply for and receive an Authorization to Construct before proceeding with construction of the plant.
