Annette, my on- going rescissions file is in my old office – green folder. I’m not sure who will take care of this in my
absence but I usually add a note to BIMS and update my copy of the paperwork (green file).

Laura,
This Inspection was conducted for Durafiber Technologies-Salisbury NC Plant, located
at 7401 Statesville BLVD, Salisbury,
NC 28147. During the inspection Michael met with Don Petterson and drove around
the outside of the facility. The plant is no
longer in production but some demolish is going on inside the plant. I observed 100's of
used pallets outside, there is also a
large assortment of metal frames, storage bins etc. outside in the parking area.
Based on the above facts We recommend not to Rescind this permit at this time.
