W-5516 sediment loss
We had a waste site on the W-5516 project that was still being reviewed for vegetation establishment. The basin berm failed an
resulted in @25, 5 gallon buckets of sediment to be lost into a jurisdictional stream. They are removing the sediment and
reestablishing the berm on the basin.
