The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR) received your September 17, 2018
request for extension of the permitted November 11, 2018 Post Construction Stormwater Ordinance
(PCSO) and a copy of the current draft of the PCSO. Based upon the submitted request and supporting
information, DEMLR hereby grants a 180-day extension to the permitted deadline. Please submit
confirmation of the adopted PCSO to DEMLR no later than March 19, 2019.
