On August 30, 2018, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application dated August 20, 2018,
requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division for the subject project. The Division has determined that
your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until all of the following items are
addressed:
1. Please confirm what the shoreline impacts are above full pond level (application attached). The application
shows 2'x 412' on page 2 but the diagram on page 3 shows 2'x 206'.
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the
proper consideration of the application. Please provide a response by October 12, 2018.
