Box 368 Thomasville, NC 27361-0368 SUBJECT: Notice of Violation: NOV-2018-DV-0248 RECEIVED/DENR/DWR Sanitary Sewer Overflows —July 2018 SEP 12 2018 Facility: Thomasville Collection System Permit No. WQCS00057 Water i-;-:sources Owner: City of Thomasville Permitting Section County: Davidson Dear Mr. Craver: A review has been conducted of the Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) 5-Day Report(s) submitted by the City of Thomasville for the month of July 2018. This review has shown the City of Thomasville to be in violation of the requirements found in the WQCS00057 collection system permit and/or North Carolina General Statute 143.215.1(a)(`!}.
