'ATERI?%mc.I We received your request for additional information, dated June 16th, 2oo9 regarding the proposed Lynnwood Lakes Water and Sewer project. I have included a brief response to each of your requests below. Your letter asks for the following information: 1) Please provide a detail showing restoration of the stream crossings...... The detail was included in the original application and is labeled as `crossing details 2) Per condition 19 of GC 3699, the temporary construction easement within wetlands or stream crossings may only be 40 feet wide.... Please revise plans accordingly. The plans have been revised such that all temporary construction easements have been reduced to 11o feet in width. The total length for temporary stream impacts has been reduced from 228 linear feet to 189 linear feet. 3) Per condition 12 of GC 3699, the edge of the construction may not be closer than 1o feet to a stream. The impact sheets submitted appear to indicate there are areas where the construction corridor is beyond, or adjacent to the stream bank. Please review this information and adjust your plans accordingly. If adjustment is impossible, please provide a construction sequence for working along the top of the stream bank that addresses sediment and erosion control measures, as well as restoration of the area up completion. The construction corridor cannot be relocated due to the alignment ofsheds and houses and the requirement of service to the lot on impact sheets. Please see sheet s for erosion control measures to be placed when working in this area.
