Subject: PTIA new taxiway stormwater pond impacts
Richard,
I went back through the taxiway permit application file (DWR#20151065). As far as I can tell, there is nothing in the
application file where PTIA informed DWR that the project would impact a stormwater control measure that was
required through another permit. The appropriate steps would be to determine which permit covers that stormwater
control measure (NPDES stormwater permit, or Fedex 401 stormwater management plan) and request a modification to
that permit. The reviewing agency will likely request an analysis of how the stormwater treatment will be replaced as
equal or better.
