supplemental document packages for the above referenced project. This is to permit disturbance
in the buffer downstream of a planned wet detention basin (SCM). It is our understanding that
this is an allowable use. Plan exhibits, soils maps, quad maps, and stream classification are all
included in the packages. Additionally, enclosed is a check (No. 13618) for the application
review fee of $240.00. 1 am copying Anthony Scarbraugh of the Washington Regional Office
with one (1) application package.
