The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the PWC/Fayetteville
Collection System on 8/28/2018. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCS00007.
The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the
inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".
There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.

Inspection Summary:
All records and log books are very well organized and maintained. A copy of the sewer use ordinance,spill response plan,
capital improvement plan, annual performance report and collection system permit were all available for review. Grease
education materials are being distributed as required. High-priority lines are being inspected at least once per every six
month period of time. The annual 10%requirement for line cleaning was met for the previous year. All pump stations that
were visited during this inspection appeared to be operated and maintained properly with very good housekeeping.
