Per the Required Items Checklist on the BMP Supplement Form, please provide
the following items:
a. Delinated drainage basins.
b. The boundaries of the drainage easements.
c. A vegetation specification for the planting shelf,
d. A section view of the basins that shows both the pretreatment and
treatment areas.
e. A table of elevations, areas, incremental volumes and accumulated
volumes for the overall ponds and for the forebays.
f A soils report that is based upon actual field investigation to determine the
level of the Seasonal High Water Table (SHWT).
