Overall Construction Sequence

Phase #2
Construction Sequence
1. Call NCDEQ to schedule preconstruction conference [phone].
2. Install construction entrance as shown on Sheet C5.
3. Install Phase 2A Ditching, Silt Fencing & Silt Fencing outlet as shown on plans Sheet C5.
4. Construct Erosion Control Pond & Skimmer.
5. Install Pond Baffles.
6. Seed and Mat Downstream Side of Pond Dam Slopes.
7. Call NCDEQ to schedule inspection of installed devices.
8. Begin Demolition
9. Begin Retaining Wall #3
10. Begin Grading as shown on sheet C4.
11. Install Entrance Road Pipe and Rock Check Dam
12. Construct Modular Retaining Wall #2 during Grading.
13. Mat and seed all slopes per seeding specs on Sheet C6.4.
14. Grade Entrance Road and move Construction Entrance
15. Install Phase 2B Erosion Control Measures.
16. Finish Building Pads and start Vertical Construction
17. Install all Storm Drainage Structures.
18. Install Phase 2B Inlet Protection.
19. Install Sanitary Sewer
20. Remove Inlet Protection within Paving Areas
21. Install Silt Sacks in Catch Basins
22. Remove Hardware Cloth and Gravel Inlet Protection in Paved Areas.
23. Install Curb & Gutter.
24. Seed & Mulch Remaining Disturbed Area.
25. Channel out for Stone & Asphalt Paving.
26. Install Stone on paving areas.
27. Install Asphalt Paving.
28. Install Striping as shown on Sheet C4.
29. Seed & Mulch Remaining Disturbed Areas.
30. Notify NCDEQ that site has been stabilized
31. Once site has been stabilized, remove remaining erosion control devices. Sediment Pond will
remain in place until the beginning of construction of Phase #3.
32. Remove Silt Sacks from Catch Basins.
33. Remove Remaining Erosion Control Measures.
34. Schedule meeting with NCDEQ to finalize site.

Phase #3
Construction Sequence
1. Call NCDEQ to schedule preconstruction conference [phone].
2. Install construction entrance as shown on Sheet C5.3.
3. Install Ditching & Silt Fencing outlet as shown on plans Sheet C53.
4. Construct Erosion Control Pond & Skimmer.
5. Install Pond Baffles.
6. Seed and Mat Downstream Side of Pond Dam Slopes.
7. Call NCDEQ to schedule inspection of installed devices.
8. Begin Demolition
9. Begin Grading as shown on sheet C4.1.
10. Construct ditches along Lefevers Road
11. Line ditches along Lefevers Road with matting.
12. Install Storm Drainage as shown.
13. Mat and seed all slopes per seeding specs on Sheet C6.4.
14. Install Silt Sacks in Catch Basins
15. Remove Hardware Cloth and Gravel Inlet Protection in Paved Areas.
16. Install Curb & Gutter.
17. Seed & Mulch Remaining Disturbed Area.
18. Channel out for Stone & Asphalt Paving.
19. Install Stone on paving areas.
20. Install Asphalt Paving.
21. Install Striping as shown on Sheet C4.
22. Seed & Mulch Remaining Disturbed Areas.
23. Notify NCDEQ that site has been stabilized
24. Once site has been stabilized, remove remaining erosion control devices.
25. Convert Sediment Pond to Bioretention Area.
26. Remove Silt Sacks from Catch Basins.
27. Remove Remaining Erosion Control Measures.
28. Schedule meeting with NCDEQ to finalize site.
