Please note that this project is part of the White Oak Village project, Permit No. WQ0029358 and dated
9/25/05. Flow allocation/acceptance has not been included with this application because the existing
permit allocated flow for 120 homes. The total number of homes existing and proposed in White Oak
Village is 115.
